My experience was very poor. I wanted to rent a dolly to pull ab broken down truck home. The truck was 2.1 miles from the uhaul dealer. I informed the dealer what truck I was pulling and what I was pulling it with. He did not have a dolly, but instead rented a car trailer to me. I asked if he was sure an extended cab truck would fit on it. He said yes. My truck wheelbase was too long for the trailer. I returned the trailer and asked if a refund was possible. He agreed but when he did the "refund" it was for more than the original amount. He said he made an error and insisted I give him the difference in cash. The "refund" was then canceled by him. Total SCAM!!!!!!
