Alan J.No room to turn around at all and they damaged my 2013 4Runner that was in perfect condition. The two young guys who were told by the I assume owner to take off the trailer smashed it into the back of my 4Runner. There is a huge dent, scratch and paint damage. When I walked back to evaluate what the damage was, the two young guys tried to play it off hoping I wouldn't notice. I quickly did and called them out with “who's going to fix and pay for itâ€??. The rudest of the two said “not me I don't knowâ€. He was poorly dressed with his pants hanging down below his ass. He was extremely defensive, rude, young and ignorant. The owner came over and stated he did not want to involve insurance and that he would pay for it on a hand shake after I spend my time trying to find a place and estimate to fix it. This place is not representing your company name well at all. I filed an insurance claim and have time stamped photos of the damage. You need to send corporate to this shit hole. It's a dump. I hope Uhaul fixes my vehicle and compensates me for having my time wasted.😡
