The word lock was extremely difficult to remove from the truck in 30 degree weather! It caused a lot of unnecessary frustration and wasted time.
Margaret OOwner was 50 minutes late to her store, which meant she was 20 minutes late to our reservation. I walked down to a neighboring store to see if they knew where the store owner was, and that neighboring store owner was able to contact the Ale’s owner who was “stuck in traffic”. I will never recommend Ale’s ever in my life.
