The two ladies who helped us at this location were truly a blessing. After a frustrating experience at the original spot where I reserved my U-Haul and tow dolly—they gave us quite the runaround—I ended up coming here, and I’m so grateful I did. These two kind souls (I wish I remembered their names) welcomed us with patience, warmth, and genuine care. Within an hour, they had us set up with exactly what we needed. The truck did have a bit of an odor, likely from the last rental, but nothing a couple of air fresheners couldn’t fix. Honestly, that was such a small thing compared to the peace of mind and kindness we were shown here. Thank you both—you made a stressful day so much better.

MATTHEW Bbetter markings for pickup and drop off. the streets are tight and it's hard to get around. the folks are helpful but the signage could be better.
