This is not a review on this location as much as uhaul experience overall. My reservation at my original location was canceled 20 min before scheduled pickup time at 9 am. Got transferred to flat shoals location which opens up at 10:30 am. Ok two hours of my day wasted. Also Sunday, so location closes at 4. No big deal. I have a short move. Get to second load and second door latch on the van starts to malfunction. I had to call UHaul customer service and they sent out roadside assistance to assist. Got there fairly quickly and was a nice guy. Found the handle on the door to be stripped so had to use a #30 star-key head on the screwdriver to open said door the rest of the time. Ultimately, returned the van after hours around 5:30. It was a very clunky process and felt like most of my dad was wasted just renting the van and then the door malfunctioning slowed is down even more. Not how I planned for my Sunday to go.

After hours, but very small lot to park anything.
Lester BAppears no one knew what was going on. On website it said closed on Sunday. Ready to do online return and there they were. Lady told me to drop it off in back she will meet me. No one was there except a helper. Asked who do I talk to return, he told me to go inside. Then the lady came out and stated to someone name Moses I was returning trailer. He said he will be there in a minute. Then he told me to see the lady for return. She stated i was good to go. WTF!
Arthur CCheck out took fore ever. Truck had not been cleaned either in the cab or cargo box. The fuel was said to be on full but was not. The truck was brand new so that was very nice.
