Dude what are these crazy dystopian screens. People behind them are fine but man its such an icky vibe. not a fan. took me 10x longer to do everything vs just going to a manned location.

I’m being highly over charged unnecessarily, and the u haul was not clean upon my arrival
CHRISTOPHER SThe truck smelled awful of cigarettes. We couldn’t get the truck we booked because no one was on site to hand us the keys. It was just not a good start to an already stressful day.
HANNAH ZTruck broke down as soon as we had gone & loaded, so we never got to finish our move as customer service was a horrendous nightmare & I paid a crew for two days instead of a few hours that was needed & stuff still in storage. They promised a replacement vehicle for two days & just jerked us around & never got it
