Did not love the “live agent” experience. They were all kind. But needed some help getting keys, finding truck, loading supplies. This was truly a “self serve” experience at premium pricing. If I’m going to help myself, reduce the prices. Back of truck was not clean — quite dirty and dusty. Many of the drop clothes I received in bags were full of dirt and dust, forcing us to totally clean items that had already been cleaned. Truck was old/heavily used (170k miles) but drove as expected.
