The latch on the truck was very hard to open and close. It needed a lot of force where I had to ask for assistance from my partner every single time as I alone couldn’t open or shut the door fully. The amount force required resulted in my partner cutting their hand on the latch. Everything else was fine beside that.

No personal was on site and I worked with a robo attendant which required self check in through the app.
Walter TI was given a truck that clearly wasn’t driving correctly. Engine light on… stalled in traffic within the first 12 minutes of driving it. Yes, another truck was found… but 20 miles away, 3 hrs later, and I had to leave my work to go and get it when the other truck was at my property already. I had movers hired and waiting at my house for time I purchased. Evaluation of the truck to assure proper working order must be improved upon. One cannot rely on the last person pictures of the dashboard to identify a problem with truck driving function. It made the moving experience more stressful and worse than the experience frequently is.
Brad SI was notified at the last minute that I had to move something on August 1st very bad day to find a truck to move but this location made it possible I would recommend this location !!
