The vehicle had 35,000 miles on it, but the engine had issues starting. It made me nervous especially since I was taking the vehicle out of town.

Love Midgard. I get a truck every Friday for market weekends and they take care of me exceptionally well. I have had many issues before with booking a truck a week in advance only for me to get a call that someone else has taken it in other locations Grateful that this location takes care of me as a repeat client. ESTHER NThe experience was great awesome check in experience with Tracy. I just wish the drivers cabin had been cleaned. There were spill stains and dirt and left over balled up napkins/tissue in the door holder. The van ran in perfect condition just wish there was more detail to the cleanliness
Laquita GConvenient location however the unit had empty boxes left in the back of the truck that caused me to make an extra trip and have the removed. I was tile there wet blankets in the back however there were none. The cab and windshield was very dirty.
Jeffrey TThe "virtual agent" system at the rental location is a bit awkward, but having an actual agent present meant that things worked fine. No worries/concerns!
