Debbie HEvery time I rent from this location they never get my charges correct. They add on insurance even if you dont select it. Just bad business every time.
STEVEN PU-Haul isn’t a reliable moving company. I had to have my reservation switched to multiple locations because the items I reserved were not available. And then when calling customer support no one could help me and one customer service rep had an attitude and hung up on me. If I ever move again, I’ll find another option.
