First, I called them several times and number is disconnected. They were not opened at the prescribed time. No one was available to talk too. Just horrible!!!!!!!

MARCUS CThe equipment/van was not clean and had low gas at pickup
ASIA WWhen I arrived to pickup the designated unit, the fuel and mileage were both different from what was being reported in the app. I attempted to adjust the app to reflect the correct fuel and mileage but received an error message stating these lines could not be adjusted. I took a picture of the current mileage and fuel levels then reported it. The location still charged me for the full mileage that was incorrect on the app. I submitted a claim to the facility and still nothing was done.
EDMUND BTruck was dirty on pickup and engine light is on and business is closed and charge for dolly and did not have one in the truck
