The parking break was almost impossible to release due to it being mangled. The windshield wipers were also broken. The owner was friendly but the truck itself was not in good condition.

REGINALD FGood morning, why am I being charged $117.00? There should be a note regarding a credit to my account due to the first location not putting the keys in the Dropbox and having to catch an Uber to another location which was a major inconvenience. Please explain this charge and when should I receive my credit. This location also charged me with missing equipment and nothing was missing. I want my money back. I’m never using this service again!
