The location was at a gas station. The representative was very pleasant but she had to keep stopping to checkout customers. It was not a good setup. The customer service was great despite the location.
Bobby TTruck was old, rusty, creaky. A/C would cut in and out depending on if you were going uphill. but it had good speed. I do wished it had cruise control. Overhaul, UHAUL does a lot of things right, which is why I continue to use them.

ALEISE SIt wasn’t quite apparent where to drop off and park the uhaul truck. A sign indicating they should be parked in the back would be helpful.
