I would have to say that dealing with UHaul through the App has been less than pleasant. While MC Headley Construction was very pleasant and helpful, I needed to change the date by one day and the equipment was available... a fee of $140 ish was added to the bill as a change fee for a $39 truck rental. They also add other fees to each transaction. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare with over an hour wait to get someone on the phone, who is usually not the person you need to speak with so then you get transferred for another long wait. The chat doesn't work well and the leave your number for a call back was hours after it was schedule. I would only recommend if you can rent directly from MC Headley Construction.
