Be aware self check in starts when you start the process, not when it is completed and you are able to actually drive off. That included time to ho ask for equipment like a dolly. And ends after completion of all the return and drop off of key in the return box. U-Haul app restarts repeatedly and must restart but the time remains the same original start time. That includes the time to take photos of ID and how ever long it takes or repeats for them to complete id check out. Much less walk around to find and check out the truck. Figure out where the keys are and how to unlock all time consuming on your clock. Returning just as bad. Time wasted refueling. The pouring down rain is your own fault for not allowing more time for rain to slow enough you can refill truck . Park it and then try to take pictures in pouring down rain with your phone when you’re waiting to not get poured down on. You call them start texting with U-Haul rep about second day was added to charges . You wait for them to answer you, they say there is no second day of charges. Can they please make sure the second day is not charges and what the total charges are . They respond with $83 . You tell them that’s not what my app is saying . They tell me there is only one day charged. So you sign off . Only to be charged $143.60 2 days charge. Their calculations was 25hours and 15 minutes a two day period charge. Me 24 hours drive off to arrive back . $29.90/day $1.19/20mles, $15 insur, $7 dolly= extra $63 for those extra mins . As contract reads their discretion to time and additional charges. Ps site had 3 other trucks same size. Also my phone drenched in rain. They didn’t care. I will make sure to go inside. Check in and out now on. Self checkout sucks

There's was no one there
RICHARD VThe truck was filthy and had 1/4 tank of gas. The pick up process was difficult and convoluted - I had to enter all my personal and payment info on my phone all over again, in a crowded parking lot, as if I hadn't already. It took 30 minutes, and it was entirely terrible. The only reason you got 2 stars was because the truck started - based on appearance, that was questionable from the start.
Debbie kIncrease the Uhaul service hours at this location, so customers can speak with someone if they have questions or concerns. Improve the grounds/repair some of the gravel/pothole.
