Dropped of key box. I had questions after they processed the bill and customer service tried to answer my questions but the U-Haul system didn’t allow them to do much. I had to call the 800 number and found out that they can charge whatever they want for the I insuranc but the coverage that I thought i was buying was only coverage is there was an accident. I bought All of the coverage options to make sure my property was covered. Then to add insult to injury I was charged another $120 for coverage I never asked for while my truck sat here waiting for the movers. U-Haul itself would receive 2 stars and that’s only because the truck its of was excellent.

The lock was extremely difficult to open, and once opened, the cabinet door was stuck and couldn't open far enough to get the key out. Upon phoning for help there was no one who could come and remedy the situation. I was forced to spend the night in a hotel and get the truck in the morning, yet I was still charged for picking the truck up the night before. The Uhaul app functions very poorly and was virtually no help whatsoever.

MARGARET ILocation added insurance without asking after I had declined insurance when I set everything up online. Dirty vehicle, had to clean all the mirrors and rear camera to see anything. Missing 1 piece of equipment that I paid for, was not given a refund for it and given no receipt.
