How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved the truck for 12pm and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the guy to actually show up to his job, which shows it opens at 10:45am on google.
Erick MStore was closed. Luckily neighbor called owner and figured out a way to get truck. Not the correct way. U-Haul called after I got the truck and said Previous customer did not return truck on time - LIE!!! Very disappointing. I had movers scheduled and was late to meet them.
Mike DRight after submitting my phone number in the application I got hundreds of phone calls and WhatsApp messages with SPAM, TF uhaul, selling your customers info? Plus I denied the $15 insurance in the application, final bill I got charged the $15. Disappointed. Not using uhaul ever again.
