This comment has nothing to do with the pickup location. This comment has to do with U-Haul reservations. I was running an hour late and texted U-Haul reservations to update my arrival time to be one hour later. Your reservations department not only updated the reservation time but also updated the pickup location...without telling me. Which is crazy. I went to the location, and they had not record of it. Fortunately, the new location was only five miles away, but this was an incredible hassle. Changing the time by one hour should NOT change the pickup location. Fortunately, the new location was very friendly and helped me sort it out.
