It was hard to find the location. No one was there although an open sign displayed and it was noon. However, I approached the honesty about the fuel level.

U-Haul corporate needs to fix its systems I need to change my rental from round trip to one way and it only allowed me to return and rebook at an excess cost of $100.

CHAITANYA KWould never use this location again. Was charged $25 for fuel when I brought it back at the same level. Then charged an additional $20 for an after hours fee that I knew nothing about. Location closed at 1:00PM, I picked up at noon. I put the key in the Dropbox at 3:15 while there was an attendant there! Ridiculous. Never again.
