Was confusing. There's a store there and food trucks and the parking lot was packed. Was told by 2 different people that I had to move truck from around the food truck access. Dropped off the key with the staff inside the store. Dropped off the auto tow trailer at a different location because they stated that they could not accept trailer at this location.
DEBORAH BI originally signed up for a location that was close to my home and I knew the area was safe. Uhaul called and advised the truck I wanted was not there to go to another location. It was only 7 miles from my home. But I did not feel safe there in broad daylight. There were bars on the windows of the store. We discovered, once on the highway, the left brake light and rear turn signal did not work in the truck. The truck felt run down and not well maintained.
