How U-Haul Reviews WorkEngine sounded terrible, transmission needs service. Truck was parked next to an abandon gutted out pawn shop building. Walked over to conenient store to get keys, lady had to call her boss to figured how to get the keys, and redo my online reservation took 30 min and truck had no gas, I had to immediately get gas first more wasted time, just terrible experience. I the customer had to open the key box bc employee couldn't.Never again bad experience.
Scott MOnly thing is we got the truck and tire light was on told him about it and he did nothing I had to stop and put air in it.
Lamar BFix your trucks and stop letting gas stations rent these vehicles out it is scetchy and hard to trust a big company like U-Haul when I pick up your truck from a gas station and the employees hardly know how to rent the truck out, and when customers claim liability on the truck actually do your research, I was in the vehicle I know what happened I watched it, your company is so focused on money and not wanting to be wrong you are now trying to make me pay for a 1800$ impound fee when all I was doing was taking care of your poorly maintained truck and removing it from causing anymore damage to the truck or any other vehicle that it was blocking in. I will not be paying that impound fee feel free to call me ti discuss it but my mind is set U-Haul. - sincerely, a lost customer....
