My appointment was for 9:00 am and I did not receive the truck till 10:30am. The young man was slow and made me wait 30 minutes while he dealt with another customer. I would never use U-Haul again if picking up from there .

JEFF BTHe mobile check in and return was horrific. Took so so long. Had to call customer service to complete the process of checking the uhaul back in. Both places for pick up and drop off were super sketchy. I will not do mobile check in again. Check in took over 30 minutes. The agent verifying everything took FOREVER. It was just terrible.
