A 50lb pallet was left as the tag said it would cost 20$ to leave items, then my 12 mile trip ended up costing almost 200$, an absolute scam for a vehicle that won’t even pass safety inspection, I let the location know the left mirror swings around when hitting bumps and they did not care at all

Rakesh KCould have had cleared instructions before hand on the process when you arrive. I had my locations setting on but it took a few minutes to get it to connect and the process started on my phone. At first I thought the reservation wasn’t going to work. Also no dolly in truck but I reserved one and they charged me for one.
