Very sketchy part of town
Russell BGreat location. Owner was so friendly and helpful. My reservation for help moving fell through and he provided local resources quickly which saved my butt. Highly recommend!

Andrea SNo one was at this place of business when truck was dropped off. But Richard was very nice as I talked with him on the phone numerous times. I was not the actual person dropping off truck as I was still in Wyoming and daughter in law was the one that drove truck down ahead of winter storm. I did stress to Richard that the truck did leak and had many of my items packed inside the truck damaged. I do feel UHaul should reimburse some if not all of my original cost for truck to cover what has been damaged inside the truck. My daughter in Law and brother were very vocal to me as to how wet the truck was inside and my items wet also.
