MICHAEL MNext time make sure you have both the vehicle and trailer at the same location and don't make us drive back to pick the trailer up with a loaded down U-Haul truck. Then tell us you will take milage off but instead you didn't then our truck ended up not even fitting on the trailer so had to drive all the way back to drop it off for a refund which we still lost $50 out of it all because your website said our truck would fit. Then we return the truck and you want $76 dollars nope not paying especially after all the hell we went through and not getting milage taking off like we were told then y'all still end up running our card for $26 without authorization and when we call to talk to someone after all that we only get a $26 back worst experience ever!!!!
