Steering wheel was crooked to the right while driving straight. Didn’t have a pull, could use a front end alignment. Equipment was in great shape and employees were great.

Not necessarily related to this location, but I had made a reservation at another location and it was changed to this location. Seeing that I was renting per mile, and I was moved to a location further away, U-Haul should reimburse or credit at least the distance between the 2 locations as a courtesy.
