Business phone was turned off at 8:00 am on 04/10/2026. No return call made when phone was turned on one hour and half after the start of the business day. Text of expectations sent inappropriate time. Should send when reservation is placed. I never saw U-Haul texts until I returned the vehicle. Also a physical instruction of the vehicles pertinent features prior to leaving the property. Office closed prior to posted hours, (2 hours early).
