The woman at this location was helpful and backed up the trailer into the spot for me. (There was a big gravel pile in the way, and I wasn't that confident in maneuvering around it.) My only concern was that GPS search for U-Haul initially took me to the address in East Avon where there were storage units. I had limited space to turn a big trailer around. After another attempt at a nearby location and a few more searches on Google, etc. I finally tried the address in Avon. I saw a house with a few U Haul trailers so figured that was probably the right address. Drove up to the house and saw the sign to go to the shop, I drove to the shop and didn't see any weekend hours. Luckily a lady drove up behind me and assisted me. (I just double-checked Apple Maps and it still says U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer in East Avon even though the address is listed as 391 Rochester St. in Avon. Google Maps shows the correct location. Both are in the 391 area with the same street names.)

Only issue I had was getting everything done on the website but it was all good. Only thing was it didn't have a rear view mirror which makes since because it would be useless. The truck was clean and the facility was clean and easy to find. Thank you for your help.
