The trailer provided was previously damaged and no one told us - it was in an ice storm. The furniture that was inside along with 2 electric bikes were soaked because the trailer had a KNOWN leak that was not communicated to us. We will be contacting for a refund. The furniture is an heirloom from my grandparents!

People didn't have truck ready that I called almost a week before for and then argued with me after I showed all the paper work for the correct one they finally got me the key Took almost an hour and half dont come here
Parker BBusiness phone was turned off at 8:00 am on 04/10/2026. No return call made when phone was turned on one hour and half after the start of the business day. Text of expectations sent inappropriate time. Should send when reservation is placed. I never saw U-Haul texts until I returned the vehicle. Also a physical instruction of the vehicles pertinent features prior to leaving the property. Office closed prior to posted hours, (2 hours early).
