I recommend not reserving online and visit the store. Truck I rented was full of empty boxes. I reserved a dolly and it was not on the truck. Owner was notified about dolly and told me i would be reimbursed for not receiving a dolly, still havent been reimbursed. When I called and asked about it owner hung up on me twice. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. Horrible customer service and no communication skills!

Morris HCustomer service needs improvement. The lady at the front desk was bothered that I parked the U-Haul through the OPEN gate upon drop off which is where I retrieved the U-Haul from during pickup when the gate was OPEN. I was never given instruction to do otherwise during pickup or drop off of truck. She made mention that she should’ve locked me inside of that gate to watch me to “see what I would do”. When I responded “what do you mean by to see what I would do?” she tried to make light of it however it was evident that she believed me to be a sketchy individual without any justified reason to do so. Mind you this was interaction that I still had to have even when selecting self check in/check out on my mobile device. I just hope that all are not experiencing this kind of treatment when visiting this location !
