They do not explain everything thoroughly how they are supposed to then they tried to switch up the numbers, and if I didn’t say anything about my numbers, they wouldn’t have brought it to my attention or even thought about checking the numbers for accuracy. The lady on the phone had an attitude because I was asking for more thoroughly information about why the total was what it was.
