U-Haul moved our original site pick up to this site a day or so in advance of the rental. The owner operator was very helpful but this site was closed on Saturday when we went to pick up the rental. We were told we must use the app to secure the rental although this was never mentioned in any of the email instructions from U-Haul. Had we known this, we would have downloaded the app and prepared ahead of time. This took us about an hour to figure out what to do and delayed our meeting with our movers. The dolly and packing pads we ordered were also not present at pick up although the company did promptly refund my credit card upon request.

Stopped by there 3x but never around but did have a number to call. Dropped off truck and keys return was processed by next day when I checked. Everything was processed as expected. No issues so everything was good and would use for drop off again.
CHARLES MWas supposed to drop off in Greenville called to drop truck off left name contact number to drop truck off no one called back. Called u haul was told to drop truck off in Ayden Lee Street because my destination was Ayden North Carolina. Had problems with uhaul truck return site for truck return. I was frustrated. Don't understand $20.00 fee could be charged for dropping off a uhaul equipment to a locations that is closed on weekends.
CLARENCE SYour "automated" check-in is hard to use. I did the picture of myself, took picture of the front of my driver's but scanning of the back of my driver's license is not easy to use. I hard to do it 3 times, and still wouldn't complete. I had to call the cell of the site location and they couldn't get it to work. We had to do everything again on the computer. When they checked my reservation it had everything including scan. You need to improve this issue.
