Trailer was extremely dirty and pushed into a snow bank. I would not have been able to get the trailer if I didn’t have 4x4

in the winter top up wind shield fluid. Everything else was perfect. very friendly, very flexible.

Septimiu SLots of snow on it and the tongue was buried but the gentleman persisted and succeeded digging it out.
Elisabeth WI have used U-Haul for a long time. Typically, things would be explained to you. That did not happened. Gas was minimal in the truck. I felt this was the least amount of service received thus far. Maybe this is the new way but, it was a drop off from other experiences.
