When I chose these location it said it was open until 4:30 pm on Saturday. Turns out they are closed on weekends and you have to put the key in a box and just leave the truck. I took a picture of the gas gage just in case. On Monday afternoon I get a text that I was charged $25.00 for cleaning the truck which was filthy outside when I picked it up. I called customer service and spoke to Jay,who was wonderful, and he looked at the photo they took, and reversed the charge. Customer service was excellent. The 800 number.

They where always closed and number was never answered an wrong always voicemail or not worming?? So would not recommend as a drop off point
SOPHIA FTrailer was improperly connected by employee. It separated from our truck, leading to an accident. Worst Uhaul experience I've had in 20 years.
Brian PWe never used the drop off location before, so we were a little confuse when it was in front of a welding company. However, we called uhaul and ensured with the company that we dropped off in the correct location which was helpful.
WALLACE NOperator was not on site , left veh parked outside infront during normal business hours. Was told no one working and to place keys in drop box. Then the veh was not checked in, prompting a call from uhaul customer service asking me where is the uhaul truck.
