JOHN OReal easy to get in and out for both the pickup and return.
JOHN DIt took an entire hour to pick up my truck that I had reserved. I was told the “system” was down and they couldn’t copy my drivers license so I couldn’t take the truck. Why couldn’t they except a photo copy, or a text, or an email of my license? Are you totally shut down when your “system” is down. Seems like a bad business model yo me. I had five people waiting to help, furniture sitting in my drive way, etc. I’ll have to be desperate before I do business with U-haul again.
SANDRA PVehicle was dirty on the outside muddy and inside of cargo area was never swept out other than that. It was great.
