My initial impression when I called to ask questions prior to renting was not favorable. The person answering the phone did not identify the business or himself and seemed bored. Answered the phone, “yeah” and “what’s up” was this response when I said I had some questions. The day of pickup was a different story and the young man who handled the rental made up for the poor initial contact experience.
