The people who run the counter did not know how to use their software, and kept telling me I needed to use my phone to complete the pick up. I was there for almost an hour with alnost no cell phone service. I finally got the app downloaded and switched to a mobile pick up. Once I got through the steps and needed the key to continue the pick up process, the person didn't want to give me the keys. Once I began inspecting the vehicle, the inside of the cab was dirty and had trash still in it. Lastly, the charging ports for USB devices didn't work at all, so I was unable to keep my devices charged during my rental. This location should not be allowed to handle U-Haul equipment in my opinion. They will spoil the reputation of U-Haul for people in this area. I will never be going back to this location.

STEVEN DI specifically declined all coverages when making my reservation. I had to agree to a statement that I would be immediately liable for $6000 value of the trailer if anything happened. When I picked up the trailer, everything was handled out in the yard at the trailer, and there was nothing to sign. They assured me I was good to go per the reservation. I didn't notice until after returning the trailer that I had been charged $40 for coverage on the trailer.
