Excellent service
Eduard MGreat place to borrow a u haul, and the workers were very friendly and amazing and helpful
ROBERT LLong story short when they ask you for two references just know that they are scanning them people to see if they have history with U-Haul I did not know that ! And one of them people gave me an e alert and they were not going to be touching the truck it was me driving the truck only . Of course instead of working with me to just take that person off they gave me the Blues. The owner of that location even got on speakerphone and was unbelievably rude and would not allow the representative from the e alert Department to even speak. Eventually we did get it settled through the alert as to where they updated the information which is what the representative was trying to tell him to do but he would not listen! Overall I will never go to that location again they watched you like hawks as if you was going to pocket all their goodies ...even after they scanned our ID. Naw never again!
