How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou charged me an extra $90 claiming I drove 50 miles over what was allotted and for fuel. I drove from riverdale to Baltimore. This isn’t even 50 miles. I also filled the gas back up a little past where it was when I picked up the truck ($35), so charging me for fuel is ridiculous. I would like my money back considering I paid $200 already.
Christian MThe key drop box was difficult to find. Instructions didn’t indicate it was inside the business sharing the parking lot.
Daril MConnect the dolly have it ready ahead of customer pick up. Uhaul associate was friendly. Thanks Albert.
