Friendly service and well maintained equipment
Dwayne BThere was only one person working at this location. We had to wait several minutes since it was a convenient store. The U-Haul employee did not know how to connect the trailer to the hitch. He barely turned the locking trailer ball latch a couple of turns and thought it was OK to use. You could lift the trailer latch up at least an inch, very loose. I tightened the turn lock several more turns until the trailer latch did not lift any further. He didn’t even know how to connect the safety chains. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. Your personal must know how a trailer locking mechanism works.
ROBERT HI needed a dolly, which was supposed to be there, as ordered, but they didn’t have it. These little things are important to people moving!! They should have got one for me.
