I was charged $30 for gas when I drove 3 miles. That was beyond ridiculous. .

LUIS LThe paperwork said 1/2 tank of gas but it was 1/4 tank. I had to go back in & get a worker to verify the file & let the agent at the desk know. Also the person that rented it before me left trash in it & a pair of ear buds. So I do t think it was cleaned before they rented it to me.
JULIE BThe trailer was stored with orange traffic cones stacked around it with an old car tire mixed in. No assistance was given by staff to put the trailer on my trucks hitch. “Put it on and let me know when you are done.” He inspected my set up with the safety chains on the hitch and said to me “you should have your wife check the brake lights before you leave.” The links texted to me to upload my drivers license and complete my rental were not functional. We had to use my wife’s phone to complete the rental? I have moved multiple times in the military using this company’s gear. Not EVER going back to this location.
