They was having a problem with the system i was on the phone with a uhaul rep and they was still refusing to give me the keys even tho I did the self check out they kept saying that the system was down wasn't listening to the rep or me then 30 mins later they decided to give me the keys they need someone who understands English better

They did a great job and very professional
Candice WThis location has poor communication skills and I will never suggest this place to anyone. The guy refused to explain why I never got my email. They charged my card and could not explain what I was being charged for. Now they won’t answer the phone! This is an inconvenience! And I will be doing a charge back from my bank for this! Yall have to do better! Or you won’t be in business LONG
