Gentleman working there was helpful, but the area was sketchy. Again, Uhaul does not have trailers with a jack on the tongue which is EXTREMELY inconvenient.

WILLIAM HThey was having a problem with the system i was on the phone with a uhaul rep and they was still refusing to give me the keys even tho I did the self check out they kept saying that the system was down wasn't listening to the rep or me then 30 mins later they decided to give me the keys they need someone who understands English better
