This location was not prepared for pick up or drop off of my rental. They had no idea what they were doing. Charged me for gas when I returned it with the same amount in the tank. Very poor customer service. I would never use this location again.

This drop off location was a small gas station. I had to back a 26 ft truck in here which was extremely difficult. The personnel didn’t speak very good English and I asked for a receipt for my drop off and she said I’ll see it on my app. My truck wasn’t marked returned on the app until 2 days later causing me to panic because I didn’t want to pay extra. I called customer service and the drop off site wouldn’t answer the phone to confirm. Everything turned out to be fine but it wasn’t a smooth and easy process.
