Online/ phone customer service. Took me 93 minutes to get the truck. I was attempting to help with equipment distribution and uhaul was trying to charge me an extra $400. Took 93 minutes before someone on the phone was able to take that charge off. Then when I went to pick up the equipment distribution, the order was not placed correctly. Ended up cancelling the order. Would NOT recommend helping with equipment distribution, nobody seems to know how that works. Personnel at the location were really nice, just couldn’t help me because they were not uhaul. Informed me I needed to call customer service.
