Mel JOriginally reserved a 26 foot U-Haul then was called a couple days later said it wasn’t available on the day I needed it so they put me in a 20 foot U-Haul didn’t offer any discounts because of the inconvenience. Pick up was not easy. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. I would go for one of the other companies you can rent from and that’s what I’ll be doing in the future. This was a very disappointing experience compared to my previous ones when I’ve rented from U-Haul.
