Go 106 miles gets Charged for 180 miles
ANDREW CThey charge me for coverage that I did not approve. Gas was filled but was charged for 4 gal.
KENNETH FOur experience with U-Haul was absolutely terrible. The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck, they switched to the location, which was fine, but when we showed up, they did not have a truck for us and there was none within the region. The best they could offer us was a truck over an hour away that we had to go driving and get they offered us $50 worth of mileage, which was no help due to us, dropping it off in another city and paying a flat rate. After this experience, it would be hard for me to want to use U-Haul in the future.
