The location was great proximity for my needs, the area of improvement that I would like to see is 2 of the 3 associates at this location had no idea how to help me with the U-haul rental and spoke very limited English. Finally, a gentleman showed up that was very helpful, walked me through the pick-up process, and helped me hook the trailer up.

My locations was changed 3 times. Cancelled randomly once with no notice and wouldn’t have known if I didn’t check the new location they randomly gave me. I didn’t get the appliance dolly I rented after being promised it was locked in the back of the truck. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and will never use again.
