Did not really speak to anyone due to night drop off but phone call next day was professional and kind. Businesses were great people but they're trying to charge me 600 more miles than I drove and it's ridiculous

The gate was open to leave the Truck and a key drop off. The online checking in was a little complicated, I had to do it 3 times. Beside that every thing went great!
