We went after hours, the self checkout app didn't work, called customer service and they said to just leave it there and they would take care of it…we hoped it would work out
Terri K.Heavy lift slings should be available for purchase or rent. The fuel tank was empty to the point there was concern it would not make it to the nearest gas station. I would like to see U-Haul go back to put up the truck full of fuel and return full of full. I put 188.00 of gasoline into the tank to fill it up. I did not know what gas mileage to expect so I needed a full tank. I drove approximately 220 miles and donated about a half tank to U-Haul. The 43.00 fuel "credit" would not have purchased a 1/4 tank of gas. Truck has excellent power, AC worked great, drives just as easy as my F350.
