My original reservation was at Delco Plaza, 1186 State Hwy 95, Bastrop TX. I showed up at 11:00 am when the store was supposed to be open. I waited 30 minutes and it did not open. I saw the U-Haul truck there. I noticed the back of it was open, there was someone sleeping in there. I called U-Haul and you moved the reservation to the new location five miles away. Delco was a terrible experience and delayed my day and messed up my moving plans considerably.
