I wasn’t offered a dolly. I forgot to bring mine. As I was driving off I saw a dolly. Which reminded me I needed one. I thought bc it wasn’t offered or asked if I needed one, it was provided as a courtesy. I wasn’t informed there would be an extra charge. So I’m not too pleased about that.

This was not my drop off location and was forced to drop off because my original location refused. I had no dealings with staff at this location.

Daniel JI am a female. I rented the enclosed trailer. I did not know the hitch was on the ground and it would have to be lifted up and on the ball. This trailer is extremely heavy. Thank goodness someone was close by that was able to help me because there was no staff there. I called a number on the door and they guy was nice. He told me just chose any trailer I want. But it would have been really nice if someone was there to help me and guide me.
Dusty SThere is never anyone at this location to help hitch or un-hitch the trailer and a 6'x12' covered trailer is HEAVY! I could injure myself doing it alone. You could have a law suit if someone gets hurt!
