I was not happy since you changed pickup locations and made me start later in the day. It was not good business to book me at the location that opened an hour earlier on Wednesday and on Friday you abruptly changed it to a different location and pickup time was 1 hour later in the day. That's not good business.

Walter CNo one was at the location when I arrived, so I called. The lady answering said that if I knew how to hitch a trailer to my truck, just take the one that was there. There was only one there and it was smaller than what I rented.
