Very rude and unprofessional. This was our second stop, as the first place was apparently the wrong location, and when we arrived, the people came outside to ask me to move the U-Haul. I did not want to, as it would be hard to move. I asked if any paperwork needed to be done, and he was like no we are only a drop-off point. Every question I asked, I was told no, we are only a drop-off location
