Fix the u-haul app. I was told I was good to go by phone, just have your drivers license ready. Got an error message when I attempted to use mobile check in. The people at the pick up and drop off locations were great. The app is not. Mobile check in did not work. Phoning u-haul was close to worthless. Humans on the “help line” couldn’t help. People at the actual locations saved the day.

How U-Haul Reviews Workthis was not my first choice of pick up location.. the blankets i reserverd were not in the truck.. i had to go to my original first choice to get blankets.. they did however arrange for a day earlier pick up as i specifcally was needing to get on road early the next morning .. the pick up location reassigned didnt open until 10 am..
James L24 hours before pickup the location I had originally reserved was change without explanation to a second location that was less convenient. The line at the postal annex moved VERY slowly, but once engaged with the attendant the pick up process improved.

Nathan SThe check out process was very abbreviated, The gentleman didn't do anything wrong. I took pictures of the truck and the odometer before leaving so i had proof of the mileage and gas level.
