The neighborhood dealer did not provide the blankets we paid for. We had to go to a real location which then took out their frustrations about the neighborhood dealer on us and was super rude like it was our fault the neighborhood dealer has so many issues they kept complaining about. Made us feel like we were ripping them off or something. Worst customer service ever. Cant believe you would want employees representing your brand that way. I wouldn’t put up with them representing mine that way.

Hugh GI reserved online at this location because the main uhaul was closed at my drop off time but this location told me I'm person that they were closed at my drop off time which was originally 5 pm - 8 pm, the staff stated I could just bring the keys back in the am at 8 am when they open. I was at the location a few minutes before the woman arrived and unlocked at 8 am- it was daylight hours and the lady yelled at me to turn off my personal vehicle lights but they weren't even seen by her front desk, she just seemed to be in a mood. I did get my money back for the second day when I contacted uhaul corporation, the corporate was kind and this location was not and charged me extra
Tangi DMake returning the U-Haul easier. I didn’t find a key drop box. Also the website and app was not working properly. Went to dispute a charge but it wouldn’t allow me to continue. Tried to login to the app but wouldn’t allow me to login. Requested a call back and was scheduled in 10 min. I didn’t get a call back until the next morning. Just wanted to know the instructions on returning the vehicle.
Justin FTook longer than I expected, the truck was for one way and needed approval to return the truck to the same location. The worker was be careful!
