Corey BFirst truck smelled terrible and had catfood all over it so we asked for a different truck. This one was better but I still had to sweep out broken glass. Not postal annex’s fault.
Davis BGood staff, helped me get checked in. I wish they gave me a heads up about not having a drop box for the key at the end of my rental. I ended up calling customer service to see what I should do with the key since the location was closed and there wasn’t a drop box. A heads up would have gone a long way. Other than that the equipment was in decent shape, a little dirty from the previous users, but as to be expected from a shared vehicle. I would rent from this location in the future.
