this was not my first choice of pick up location.. the blankets i reserverd were not in the truck.. i had to go to my original first choice to get blankets.. they did however arrange for a day earlier pick up as i specifcally was needing to get on road early the next morning .. the pick up location reassigned didnt open until 10 am..

How U-Haul Reviews Work24 hours before pickup the location I had originally reserved was change without explanation to a second location that was less convenient. The line at the postal annex moved VERY slowly, but once engaged with the attendant the pick up process improved.

Nathan SThe check out process was very abbreviated, The gentleman didn't do anything wrong. I took pictures of the truck and the odometer before leaving so i had proof of the mileage and gas level.

We had to go to a real location which then took out their frustrations about the neighborhood dealer on us and was super rude like it was our fault the neighborhood dealer has so many issues they kept complaining about. Made us feel like we were ripping them off or something. Worst customer service ever. Cant believe you would want employees representing your brand that way. I wouldn’t put up with them representing mine that way.
