It was not this location at all. However, my overall experience this weekend with U-Haul is one for the books. From going to pick up the truck and being provided the wrong keys. To being told I could pick one up in Evansville since I was picking my husband up from the airport and it would be a flat $50 and told that was never said to me. Then dropping this off and it taking so long to take the pictures that it was past the 10:05 drop off time and charging another day. I called the U-Haul customer service number and was told that they would put a ticket in due to software delay and I would receive a confirmation email. I still have yet to receive this said email. So a weekend move has now cost us over $300.

JAMES BUhaul software is junk but the lady at the store was very helpful and went over and above to get my rental taken care of.
James SBasically when reserved trailer through Uhaul, was told location was closed for the day but I could still rent/pickup. Went to location, hooked up trailer, did all necessary through Uhail App, picture, documents, signed, and paid. Was called shortly after from location itself saying since I didn't come in and physically sign documents I could either immediately return said trailer or Mgr. "Mason" was going to report stolen. Remember I was told location was closed so not sure how you physically go in and sign. Very poor customer, accusing customer who had signed contract with Uhaul and payment complete, of stealing. Wow way to go Mason
