Ish was super friendly and helpful. I needed two trucks last minute for a big move. I got a 26 ft and 20ft for multiple days and Ish was very helpful throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and has great customer service.

It was not our original location for pick up. Our pick up was fine but was charged a second amount that was BS charges. We are fighting this and will not rent from Bond Head Esso again!
KATHY WIt was very far from my home, and I had to pay for more than 70 km to get there and back home!
Fatemeh SI had a 26-foot truck confirmed at a location near my home, but on the pick-up day, they called me saying that the truck wasn't available but there was another truck at a location only 10 km away. I went to that location, but it took too much time to take the truck, even though I had already made the check-in. The truck had only 1/8 of gas, and didn't have any label showing what kind of fuel. Also, I had requested a furniture dolly, but they didn't have one. Also, I paid for a dozen pads but got 6.
